LEVEL 3 – Replacement of Objective Lens, Level 1 and 2 included.

LEVEL 4 – Standard Scope Restore/ Refurbish, Replace Optical Tube and Outer shaft, Replace Light Fibers, Replace up to 5 Rod Lens, Levels 1, 2 and 3 included.

LEVEL 5 – Specialty & Operating Laparoscopes Restore, Replace Optical Tube and Outer shaft, Replace Light Fibers, Replace up to 13 Rod Lens, Level 1, 2 and 3 included.

LEVEL 6 – Price Cap and Standard Scopes *

LEVEL 7 – Price Cap Specialty ** and Operational Laps.
