Amerisource Closes $750,000 Facility for Fabric Manufacture

Houston, TX, January 28, 2015 – Amerisource announced the closing and funding of a $750,000 line of credit for a 30-year-old fabric manufacturer.  The company is foreign-owned, but based in North Carolina, and provides fabric to one of the largest furniture manufacturers in the industry.  Over the last ten years, the Company has experienced rapid growth, outpacing what its bank was able to provide.  The bank was willing to maintain term debt, so Amerisource negotiated an intercreditor agreement to enable the financing.
Because of this access to new capital, the Client is positioned to pursue new sales opportunities aggressively.
