Amerisource Makes 2003 Inc. 500 List — 2nd Year in a Row

Houston, TX – Amerisource announced today that, for the second year in a row, Inc. magazine has named Amerisource to its annual Inc. 500 list.

Inc. magazine released the annual index today for fiscal year 2002 in a Special Edition magazine.  The index lists the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States, measured by revenue growth over the previous five-year period.  The Inc. 500 Special Issue appeared on newsstands today and will be on display until January 2004.

With revenues in excess of $115million in fiscal year 2002 and revenue growth of 376 percent (376%) over the five-year period, Amerisource was recognized as #446 on the list.
